i feel like im getting close to having a Depression Enlightenment Moment
been in such a bad mood for the past few days im seeing how everything is connected but like purely in a negative sense

It's crazy how depression will make you convinced you've uncovered deep, fundamental truths about the universe, and then the "truths" are just "everything is bad".
