happy almost artfight here’s your reminder to stretch, more than you think you need to, even if you think you’re fine, and while you’re at it try some shoulder strengthening exercises too. watch your shoulder/back/neck posture. don’t draw for 4 hours straight every day because you WILL hurt yourself even if you think you’re fine. if you are in any amount of pain, STOP. pushing through pain is how you really fuck yourself up. if you take care of your body before you hurt yourself you’ll have way more time to keep drawing!!
