In this final rule, TTB establishes the "Yucaipa Valley" American Viticultural Area (AVA) in San Bernadino County, California, effective on May 28, 2024, at 27 CFR 9.293.
Notice No. 231, Civil Monetary Penalty Inflation Adjustment—Alcohol Beverage Labeling Act
This notice informs the public that the maximum penalty for violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act (ABLA) is being adjusted in accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended.
