Todd McKinnon
Todd McKinnon is the CEO and co-founder of Okta, the leading independent Identity provider, which he co-founded in 2009 with Frederic Kerrest. Under Todd’s leadership, Okta has transformed the way millions of people access the digital world and put Identity at the forefront of security and business growth.
Todd’s experience as a leader and technology visionary spans more than 25 years, with deep roots in enterprise software and cloud transformation. Prior to Okta, he held leadership roles at Salesforce and PeopleSoft.
Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in management and information systems from Brigham Young University and his master’s in computer science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is a husband and father, an advocate for equality and inclusion, an exercise addict, and a mountain bike enthusiast.
Eugenio Pace
Eugenio co-founded Auth0 in early 2013 with CTO and “brother-in-arms” Matias Woloski while living 7,000 miles apart. He played an instrumental role in growing Auth0 into a leading identity management platform loved by developers and trusted by global enterprises. Today, he is the President of Okta's Customer Identity Cloud, which is powered by Auth0 technology.
Eugenio has spent his entire professional career easing the developer journey by creating industry-standard tools, content, and services for cloud-based computing, mobility, and identity. Prior to Auth0, he spent more than a decade at Microsoft, leading product management and engineering teams that provided architecture guidance and services that increased developer joy. He has also co-authored several books on cloud computing and identity management.
Eugenio holds a master’s degree in computer science and a degree in electrical engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. He loves traveling and has visited more than 35 countries for business and pleasure. He currently lives in Redmond, Washington with his wife, two sons, and their labrador retriever. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, rowing, riding bikes, spending time with his family, restoring his 1970 Karmann Ghia, writing his blog, and reading history and philosophy.
Brett Tighe
Brett Tighe is the Chief Financial Officer at Okta. He manages the finance, accounting and investor relations teams, and guides strategic investment decisions on hiring and international expansion to drive Okta’s long term growth.
Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Brett served as Okta’s Senior Vice President of FP&A and Treasury. Prior to Okta, he held various positions in finance at Salesforce.com, most notably as Senior Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy.
Brett has an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Brett enjoys spending time with his family, and when he’s not doing that, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing and golfing.
Cole Breidenbach
Cole Breidenbach is Vice President and Chief of Staff to Okta’s CEO. He is responsible for empowering the CEO and the rest of the senior management team through strategic communication, overall company alignment, and enabling a best in class Board of Directors, to ultimately help Okta get the most out of the diverse skills that each member brings.
Cole has held various roles during his eight+ years at Okta across go-to-market in customer success and strategic sales, and most recently building out the M&A Integration capabilities cross-functionally as part of our Corporate Development team. Prior to Okta, Cole spent 5 years with Accenture consulting for high-tech growth companies in the Bay Area. He's helped Okta grow from $100M to $2B in revenue through organic and inorganic means.
Cole holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Loyola Marymount University and lives in Walnut Creek, California with his wife and two children.
David Bradbury
David Bradbury is the Chief Security Officer at Okta. He oversees security execution, and is responsible for a team navigating the evolving threat landscape to best protect employees and customers. He is also at the forefront of helping Okta’s customers adopt and accelerate Zero Trust security strategies.
Prior to Okta, David was the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Symantec where he oversaw all cyber security and physical security programs. He has an international reputation for leading and delivering cybersecurity at scale. David has worked across the globe from his native Australia to the UK and the US, leading highly regarded security teams at some of the world’s largest banks including ABN, AMRO, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
Eric Kelleher
Eric Kelleher serves as Okta’s President, Customer Experience and Communications.
In this role, he co-leads the GTM organization and oversees Customer First, Marketing, and Communications. These teams are responsible for building a global trusted brand, helping prospects choose Okta as their identity partner, leading customers to win with Okta, and establishing Okta as the World’s Identity Company.
Eric has spent over 25 years leading SaaS software companies through growth. During his 11 years at Salesforce, he helped write the SaaS playbook for building a successful enterprise subscriber base, and helped grow the business from $50M to $4B. He also spent 2 years at LinkedIn where he established their first Customer Success organization for their Talent Solutions business, growing to $2B. In his 7 years at Okta, he has helped scale revenues from $150M to over $2B.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford.
Jon Addison
Jon Addison serves as Okta's Chief Revenue Officer. He brings 20+ years of sales leadership and operational experience at scale from various global technology organizations.
Jon is responsible for driving Okta’s growth worldwide and has prioritized scaling Okta’s go-to-market strategy and operations, building an unstoppable sales team, and delivering impactful customer experiences across the globe.
Jon joined Okta from LinkedIn, where he most recently led the EMEA & LATAM Talent Solutions business. He has also held roles at Oracle, Finastra, Opentext, Pitney Bowes, and CapGemini.
In his spare time, Jon enjoys playing the piano, horse racing, and golf matches with his teenage sons. However his real passion lies in long distance running, having completed over 10 marathons.
Larissa Schwartz
Larissa Schwartz is Okta’s Chief Legal Officer (CLO). She leads the company’s global legal, compliance, and government affairs teams supporting Okta’s vision of freeing everyone to safely use any technology. She joined Okta’s legal team in 2015 to lead the legal team through the company’s IPO. Prior to becoming CLO, Larissa assumed increasing responsibilities building the Corporate Governance, Compliance and Ethics, Corporate and Securities, Employment, Litigation, and Stock Administration teams, as well as supporting Corporate Development in their M&A, Strategic Transactions, and Okta Ventures work. She also serves as a strategic advisor on initiatives across the company.
Prior to joining Okta, Larissa worked as Director, Corporate Counsel at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and as a corporate associate at Fenwick & West’s Mountain View office and at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett’s Palo Alto office.
Larissa received her J.D. from the University of Hawai’i William S. Richardson School of Law and holds a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature from Middlebury College and an M. Phil. in Chinese History and M.A. in East Asian Studies from Yale University. She is from the San Francisco Bay Area and outside of work she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Kerry Ok
Kerry Ok is Okta’s Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for Okta’s demand generation, product marketing, brand direction, and overall marketing strategy. Kerry brings with her 20-plus years of experience in Demand Generation, Brand, Product Marketing, and Developer Engagement.
Kerry joined Okta in 2021 through the acquisition of Auth0, where she held the role of CMO and was also a key member of the Go-to-Market Leadership team. Prior to joining Auth0, Kerry held leadership roles in B2B technology at Skytap and F5 Networks.
Kerry has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Washington. She lives in the greater Seattle area with her family.
Monty Gray
As the Executive Vice President and head of Corporate Development at Okta, Monty Gray is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, Okta’s overall corporate strategy, Okta Ventures, and technology partnerships.
Monty brings more than 20 years of enterprise software experience encompassing strategy, M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and product management. Prior to joining Okta, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at SAP where he worked on some of the most transformative SaaS acquisitions including SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and Callidus.
Monty is a native of Northern California and earned his MBA from Santa Clara University.
Sagnik Nandy
Sagnik is the President and Chief Development Officer, Workforce Identity at Okta. He is responsible for leading Engineering Development and Operations, Product Management, and Design and User Research to deliver end to end solutions and capabilities for the Workforce identity Cloud.
Prior to Okta, he served as the Vice President of Engineering at Google where he oversaw several critical components of Google’s core advertising business, the backbone of the company’s growth and revenue. During his 15 years at Google, Sagnik also helped build Google’s measurement and analytics offerings and took several products from inception to becoming market leaders. He has extensive experience in Senior leadership positions and end-to-end technology development and design.
Sagnik has a Bachelor’s degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from UC San Diego.
Shiven Ramji
Shiven Ramji is the Chief Product Officer, Customer Identity at Okta, where he is responsible for the Customer Identity Cloud product, data, security and technology strategy, and execution. He believes in empowering developers as they are the new creators, decision-makers, tastemakers, and kingmakers. Before joining Okta through the acquisition of Auth0, Shiv served as the SVP of Product at DigitalOcean, where he led DigitalOcean’s products, pricing, and partnerships. Additionally, Shiv has held leadership positions at global brands including Amazon, NBCUniversal, and The Nielsen Company. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, watching Manchester United games, hiking, and biking to different boroughs in New York City.
Vijay Rao
Vijay Rao currently serves as Chief People and Places Officer at Okta, overseeing the company’s global People and Workplace strategy and teams. He has been a leader in building and growing People functions for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, Vijay has built and scaled diverse and inclusive teams which have innovated world class People processes and systems for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Vijay is a strengths-based leader and coach leveraging a unique blend of strategic thinking, people and business acumen, and technical skills to drive success.
Prior to this role, Vijay was SVP, People at Okta, leading teams focused on the attraction and retention of talent, employee engagement, and scaling of processes and systems during Okta’s growth from 2,000 to over 6,000 employees.
Before joining Okta, Vijay built and drove the strategy and execution of Meta’s Global People Operations function, scaling the team from 2 people to 500+ to support growth for the overall workforce from 3,000 to more than 85,000.
Previous to his work at Meta, Vijay spent time at Microsoft as a technical product manager and leading a 5-year global recruiting system and process transformation. Earlier in his career, Vijay has also had roles in benefits strategy and administration and software professional services consulting and implementation.
Vijay earned a B.A. in History at Brandeis University and a minor in Legal Studies and received an HR certificate at Bentley College. In addition, Vijay is a previously certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Greenbelt, and an Eagle Scout.

Frederic Kerrest
Frederic Kerrest is the Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of Okta. He served as Okta’s Chief Operating Officer during his tenure where he was responsible for Okta's day-to-day operations and worked with employees, partners, and customers to deliver on the company's vision of freeing everyone to safely use any technology. As a key member of management, Frederic helped set corporate priorities to drive success for the company and its customers. He oversaw corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic partnerships, and Okta’s social impact arm, Okta for Good.
Prior to Okta, Frederic worked in sales and business development at Salesforce.com, and in venture capital at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners.
Frederic is the author of Zero to IPO, a WSJ Bestseller guidebook to building startups based on his own experiences and those of some of the world’s most successful and recognizable entrepreneurs. The book was an outgrowth of his award-winning podcast of the same name, which features Silicon Valley founders, investors, and entrepreneurs sharing insights from their experiences building businesses. He advises early-stage software companies and serves as a Member of the MIT Corporation Visiting Committee for the Sloan School of Management.
Frederic earned a B.S. in computer science from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was the 2008 MIT Patrick J. McGovern, Jr. Entrepreneurship Award recipient.
Shellye Archambeau
Ms. Archambeau is the former Chief Executive Officer of MetricStream, Inc., a leading provider of governance, risk, compliance and quality management solutions to corporations across diverse industries. She served in this role from 2002 until 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Archambeau served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales for Loudcloud, Inc., Chief Marketing Officer of NorthPoint Communications, and President of Blockbuster Inc.’s e-commerce division. Before she joined Blockbuster, she held domestic and international executive positions during a 15-year career at IBM. Ms. Archambeau has served on the board of Nordstrom, Inc. since 2015, been a director of Verizon, Inc. since December 2013, served on the board of Roper Technologies since April 2018, and in the past five years, she has served on the board of Arbitron, Inc.
Emilie Choi
Ms. Choi serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Coinbase Global, Inc., where she has worked since March 2018, previously as Vice President of Business, Data and International. She also served as a member of the board of directors of ZipRecruiter, Inc., Naspers Limited and Prosus N.V., a subsidiary of Naspers Limited.
Previously, Ms. Choi served as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at LinkedIn Corporation from December 2009 to March 2018. Prior to LinkedIn Corporation, Ms. Choi held leadership roles in corporate development, strategy, and operations at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. from 2007 to 2009. She also worked in corporate development and strategy at Yahoo! Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and began her career as a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. from 2000 to 2003.
Ms. Choi holds a B.A. in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Robert L. Dixon, Jr.
Mr. Dixon has been the owner of The RD Factor, Inc., a digital and information technology consulting business, since December 2016. Mr. Dixon served as Global Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of PepsiCo, Inc., a global food and beverage company, from November 2007 until April 2016 and as Senior Vice President until December 2016. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Inc., Mr. Dixon held various executive positions with The Procter & Gamble Company, a consumer household products company, since 1977, including Vice President of Global Business Services from 2005 until 2007. Mr. Dixon has served on the board of directors of Anthem, Inc., a health benefits company, since July 2011, and he has served on the board of directors of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., a specialty retailer, since February 2018. Mr. Dixon is a Trustee for The Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the President’s Advisory Board, the College of Engineering Advisory Board and the College of Computing Advisory Board. Mr. Dixon also serves on the Devo, Inc. Growth Advisory Board, a business analytics company. He previously served on the CIO Advisory Board for International Business Machines Corporation. Mr. Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jeff Epstein
Mr. Epstein is an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, which he joined in November 2011. He has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apex Technology Acquisition Corporation since April 2019.
From September 2008 to April 2011, Mr. Epstein served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle, one of the world’s largest and most profitable technology companies. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Epstein served as chief financial officer of several public and private companies. Mr. Epstein currently serves on the boards of Twilio, a cloud communication platform company, and Poshmark, a social commerce marketplace company.
Mr. Epstein holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University.
Ben Horowitz
Ben Horowitz is a cofounder and partner of the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, and The New York Times bestselling author of The Hard Thing About Hard Things, which is now available in over 16 languages. Prior to a16z, Ben was cofounder and CEO of Opsware (formerly Loudcloud), which was acquired by HP in 2007 for $1.6 billion, and was appointed vice president and general manager of Business Technology Optimization for Software at HP. Earlier, he was vice president and general manager of America Online's E-commerce Platform division, where he oversaw development of the company's flagship Shop@AOL service. Previously, Ben ran several product divisions at Netscape Communications. He also served as vice president of Netscape's widely acclaimed Directory and Security product line. Before joining Netscape in July 1995, he held various senior product marketing positions at Lotus Development Corporation.
Ben has a BA in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MS in Computer Science from UCLA. Becky Saeger
Ms. Saeger served as Executive Vice President at Charles Schwab from 2004 until 2011, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Charles Schwab, she was Executive Vice President, Marketing at Visa U.S.A. Before joining Visa, Ms. Saeger was Senior Vice President and head of Account Management at Foote, Cone & Belding and Senior Vice President at Ogilvy & Mather. Ms. Saeger serves on the board of E*TRADE Financial Corporation and is a member of the E*TRADE Bank board. She is an advisor to Yext, the leading digital knowledge management company. She served on the board of directors for Turn, a leading advertising technology company, and as Chair of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). She holds a B.A. from Muhlenberg College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Saeger brings to the Okta Board of Directors valuable expertise in consumer and business-to-business marketing, strategic planning and brand development.
Mike Stankey
Mike Stankey is the vice chairman at Workday, where he previously served as the president and chief operating officer from 2009 to June 2015. In addition to his role at Workday, Mike serves on the board of directors of Code42 Software and Cloudera. From 2007 to 2009, Mike was an operating partner at Greylock. From 2001 to 2007, Mike served as chairman and chief executive officer at PolyServe.
Mike holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
