Hello fellow artists!
Painting can be such a lonesome and isolating activity despite the joy and wonder of it.
Therefore, I have put this group in place to unite either advanced artists or beginners to help joyfully mingle and support each other in their painting endeavours and artistic aspirations.
The group shall take place in an informal setting whereby participants can suggest a topic or theme to paint. We can then suggest ways of improvement or hints of applying new techniques thus enabling a greater artistic expansion of our artistic skills.
We shall be the teachers, congenially and affably teaching each other each class, in various styles, techniques, light and shadow and colour tone implementation.
I do ask that you kindly bring your own art materials.
Having said that; there will be a vast assortment of paints, a few brushes, and some easels. and canvases.
The ultimate aim of the group is at some point exhibitions, of our works, and perhaps trips to art galleries too.
So, please do not delay! If you have been procrastinating or putting off art projects, now is the time to get your paintbrush, (magic wand) out and commence painting! Artists have helped shape civilisations for centuries, and in the 21st century let us paint a bright, futuristic and productive future!
