WHERE. the night before, check this page for the location. The venue may change depending on their availability.

WHAT WE PLAY. We play social interaction games on Thursdays: Dixit, Codenames, Werewolf, Secret Hitler, Exploding Kittens, Bang...They are fun to play with and easy to learn. We gather on Mondays for strategic games, but you are free to play strategic games on Thursdays as well.

SCHEDULE. We will gather at 7 PM and have the introduction round at 7:15 PM (no longer 8 PM). If you want to come later, don't hesitate. See the host, who will try to arrange it so you can find a table.

CHATBOX. Don't hesitate to use the chatbox to arrange a table for a specific game beforehand.

WHAT TO BRING. As usual, we will play the games that people bring. Don't hesitate to mention them in the event chatbox. In addition, you can bring snacks and drinks (only in the park) and something to put under your royal buttocks because the lawn is sometimes a bit wet.

FEES. 10 EUR for 2024. Newcomers can have a free trial ;) Or you may opt for a 5 EUR quarterly fee.

HOSTS. If you want to help host events or host your event for a specific game, at the same place, in another location, or even for one table with only a few people, Great! Contact me. Hosts don't pay fees ;)

DRINK IF AT THE CAFE. You pay for your drink downstairs and come up with it. The room allocated is either to the left (the red room) or right, depending on the Café's planning for that night. Carpe Diem reminds us that smoking or vaping inside is not allowed.

EVENT REGISTRATION. Please register to allow us adequate venue planning.

WHEN WAITING LIST. Please, out of respect for people on the waiting list, don't cancel later than 7 PM the day before so they can plan their evening correctly. If you are on the waiting list, please cancel your attendance if you can no longer come.

Blood on the Clocktower a social deduction game will be hosted by Rick and Chris

This meetup is specifically for experienced players only, as there will be also some experimental characters in addition to basic roles played generally.

In the interest of the group and to be fair for other participants, make sure you sign up only if you have played this game before - the host still reserves the right to reduce number of players or replace someone from the waiting list if the storytelling fits better, no hard feelings.

WHAT we play. As you know, we have two events, one more for social games on Thursday and another for strategic games on Monday. Depending on what people bring, we may play brainy games, not limited to chess and classic games. So, feel free to bring other ones.

And this is only indicative. Some games like Decrypto fit both events, and if people feel like playing a social game on Monday or a more strategic one on Thursday, they are free to do so.

WHERE. Because we have many strategic players on Monday and these games take longer, we moved to a café closing much later than the previous one.

CHATBOX USE. In the event chatbox, you are invited to discuss the games you bring and want to play for this session. The idea is to gather people around game tables beforehand. Of course, it's also possible to show up and arrange this after the introduction round, which starts at 7h15.

FEES. Yearly fees are 14 EUR. Newcomers can have a free trial ;) It's also possible to pay 5 EUR quarterly.

HOST. If you want to become a host and have your board game event for a specific game with a small group of people or in another place, Great! Let me know, and I'll help you set up your event with this group. Hosts don't pay fees.

TIMING: Because strategy games are often longer, we start at 7 pm (instead of 8 pm on Thursdays). So, those who play long games can have 3 hours and 30 minutes for their game. You can come later, but you may have to wait before joining a game.

WHERE. We play upstairs. Ask which room at the bar downstairs.

DRINK. You have to order a drink at the bar, pay for it, and come up with it.
