“I was worried this would just be awareness without making things better, but awareness has helped me close loops and healthily resolve mental patterns before I do something maladaptive” That’s what a client of mine said after we fixed his Mental Malware. Awareness is the antidote to Mental Malware. Most people try to build it through practices which will make you stop reading this post. Like meditation, journaling, therapy, self-reflection… They fail and remain stuck where they are (but convinced they’re special), because this is not combined with action. Catch 22 - action feels impossible when Mental Malware is running the show. Luckily, I spent years figuring this problem out. Action is often the hardest part of creating change.
