Awareness is the antidote to Mental Malware. Most people try to build it through practices which will make you stop reading this post. Like meditation, journaling, therapy, self-reflection… They fail and remain stuck where they are (but convinced they’re special), because this is not combined with action. Catch 22 - action feels impossible when Mental Malware is running the show. Luckily, I spent years figuring this problem out. Some people do not behave like cows just for the fun of it. When I mean behave like cows,I mean the whole grass-eating, walking on all fours, mooing and all sort. This is a mental disease that is called BOANTHROPY. People can have a psychological disorder called Boanthropy that makes them believe that they are a cow. They try to live their life as a cow. They are not actually cows,but their psychological makeup at that instance pushes them to act like cows. The sufferers of this disorder suddenly start to crave grass and nothing but grass. They, for that moment,decide to use their limbs to walk just like cows,talk only when necessary because they prefer to moo and ba just like a cow would. A typical example of a person who suffered this is King Nebuchadnezzar in the Bible. Now that I have grabbed your attention>>> Some cybercriminals want to steal your personal information and soil your reputation just for the fun of it.
