Awareness is the antidote to Mental Malware. Most people try to build it through practices which will make you stop reading this post. Like meditation, journaling, therapy, self-reflection… They fail and remain stuck where they are (but convinced they’re special), because this is not combined with action. Catch 22 - action feels impossible when Mental Malware is running the show. Luckily, I spent years figuring this problem out.
