Nielsen I regret to inform you that I have experienced significant mental distress due to unethical behaviour by recruiters in your company. This behavior is unacceptable, and no one has the right to treat others in this manner. While I participated in a culture fitment round, it appears your current employees may not meet the cultural standards you uphold. Specifically, Prateek Banerjee's actions toward candidates have been inappropriate and distressing. Furthermore, Zulekha Wazeer The Global HRBP and Senior Manager Prateek Banerjee have blocked me. May I know the reason for this? Is this representative of Nielsen's practices? It seems you are aware of the wrongdoing, and blocking me is an attempt to avoid accountability. This behavior is highly unethical. You do not have the right to manipulate my emotions, especially when I am seeking employment. No one has given you the right to treat any candidate in such a manner. This entire experience has been profoundly disturbing and disappointing. And I hope you have better people in your team who depict the culture of your company and HR values. And if you don't want to hire do not reach out to waste the candidate's time and effort and show such unprofessional behaviour. Om Mohan Sahay
