I have taken every possible step to regain control, but so far, I have been met with unresponsiveness and a lack of assistance from your support team. My Facebook account was hacked by an unknown individual who not only changed my email address but also added two-factor authentication without my consent. This has made it impossible for me to regain access to my account through the traditional recovery methods. What's even more concerning is that the hacker, who currently has control of my account, is using it to post almost nude pictures of random women. I am deeply troubled by this unethical and illegal activity that is taking place under my name, and I fear the damage this may cause to my personal and professional reputation. I have already tried reaching out to your support team through the official channels provided on your website, but to my dismay, I have received no response or help whatsoever. I understand that you handle a vast number of issues daily, but the urgency and severity of my situation require immediate attention.

I would like to connect because I’m banned. This is the second time I have been banned from Facebook due to allegedly posting child pornography. Apart from the fact that I find it gross and despicable and have reported such incidents myself in the past, I am totally blind, using a screen-reader, so even if I wished to participate in such things, I can't, because I cannot see it. Last time this happened, I asked for a review, and when my account was open again, there was no suspicious activity — no posts. This time I was permanently hacked, so no way to appeal. The message I get says the software detected that I posted content that does not adhere to the policies. This time it was my instagram. I can't even remember when last I used my instagram. If it were not for the fact that I have business pages I administer, one of which is for my own business which I created, I wouldn't mind. But due to that reason, I am pleading with someone in the meta team to help me regain access to my accounts, even if it's just my facebook account. I am willing to co-operate with any checks and vereifications that is needed to clear my name. Please, I don’t know where else to ask. I’ve tried everything. Please.

Hello Meta! This is my last chance for asking for help. My FACEBOOK account has been locked due to "unusual activity" . When I try to unlock it, only my old phone number ( wich I don´t have anymore) appears to receive an SMS. there is no other option. However, when i disconnect and login with " forget your password", I can change the password, and I have other options to recieve the code: -My current phone number ( working) 2FA authentification ( working) My old number doesn't appear in this section. Then, When I try to login again with the new password, It still says my account is locked and again, the only option to unlock is recievieng a sms to my old phone number wich i don't have access anymore... So why I could change my password with my current working information and cannot access this "blocked" account ??? They only give me the old phone SMS option wich i don´t have anymore!! frustrating. There is no direct chat / form / support contact at Meta... What is this ?? I didn´t do anything weird with my account. Anyone has a solution for this?

So what about the life you ruin by letting our accounts get hacked and locking us out with no support? You are unreachable you have destroyed my business and my accounts have been suspended and bank accounts hacked via meta business. I can not even call you for help what will you do to help me?

My friend was connected, on Facebook then one morning he awoke to find his account cancelled, for no explained reason: Immediate Family: Disconnected Overseas Cousins: Disconnected Old School Friends: Disconnected Business support groups: Disconnected Prospective business partners: Disconnected Imagine, the worry caused by Facebook because the last conversation he had with a long time friend was her looking to unalive herself, and now she wasn't responding to alternative contact methods, the mental anguish caused by Facebook & Meta and their automated systems, and nobody seemed to care. You also cut off his Instagram and WhatsApp accounts, but they came back for some reason. Such shameful behaviour Meta, and I'm guess you'll never read this either, but others will. and you want to encourage people to connect?? yeah right....

Our organisation’s Facebook business account has been hacked. The hacker took control of the business account somehow gaining administrator rights, changed the name of the organisation and then deleted all the admins. This was around 2 years ago now. There are absolutely no ways to get help or report this problem. I have tried all the forms on your website and even spoken to Facebook staff members on Facebook. It doesn’t seem like anything is ever going to happen to fix this issue. I even tried reaching out via the meta store live chat. Nobody in every instance I have tried has been able to help. Any form on your website only changes our individual user passwords to “secure their account” which doesn’t matter and is irrelevant to our problem. We are instead going to keep commenting on posts here until our issue is noticed. Please urgently help us.

My Facebook and Instagram account were suspended from Meta’s misunderstanding. I contacted Meta support twice, both times they promised me the duration of time where this problem will be solved. When it reached the promised time, it’s never solved and they also claimed they never promised such a thing. Moreover many people faced these problems where they lose their account and it clearly shows that Meta doesn’t address the problem at all.
