Technology has made me feel like the world is within my reach, anything is possible and my dreams are possible. From a small country in Southern Africa called Botswana. My country is land locked but with technology I can still reach other parts of the world and connect with different people. To me that's the highlight of technology. What I would want to see happening is for Meta to allow advertising in Botswana. If it can be there in South Africa it can be there in Botswana. This would really help us to also have an opportunity to make money online through ads, selling products online etc. Meta

It has allowed me to work remotely and keep in contact wiith loved ones.

Thought-provoking…. Technology has made more accessible for ALL people with disabilities, D/deaf people and D/deaf with disabilities people’s lives better and the ability to contact anyone in the world, to allow them use their needs of helps through universities, education, businesses and home… video chats, description texts, picture grams and other technology… But there are more to think about improving such as safe sites, less cost efficients, tech literacy to basic literacy, secure sites from scammers, hackers, pornography etc. I notice not anyone ever thought about us, without us in people with disabilities….. equality

It has impacted my family in that an account on Facebook has been hacked and nobody from Meta seems to care enough to fix it. It is absolutely appalling that a platform such as yourself has zero customer appreciation so that actually speaking with someone is impossible. The reason you don’t do it is because you either don’t care enough or you have no idea how to fix it. You. Do. Not. Care. I hope that another social media platform will soon take off.

What are we paying for with Meta support for Meta verified accounts? My account was hacked 1 week ago and it's been a nightmare! Worst customer support experience of my life! I fill out tickets for help. I get a response that seems hopeful, asking additional questions. I answer everything, only to get the same auto-generated responses and links that can't help me! No one reads or cares! Is there an email address or phone number or any way to get support? Do I need to pay more? Is that what it all comes down to? I will! Just please help me!!
