Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within the region to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

Distributor and Retailer Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the region.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs with distribution partners to drive sales and distribution.
  • Provide training and support to distributors and retailers on product knowledge, brand positioning, and sales techniques.

Key Account Development:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key on-premise and off-premise accounts, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and supermarkets.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and promotional programs to secure placement and increase sales in key accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth.

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities within the alcohol industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and sales data.

Budget Management and Reporting:

  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget, including forecasting sales volumes, expenses, and promotional investments.
  • Monitor sales performance and financial metrics to track progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing sales performance, market trends, and key insights.
