The Digital Marketing Manager is a results-driven and motivated problem solver who is responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Affiliate. This role will be tasked with managing the performance marketing strategy to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate exhibits curiosity, exceptional organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.


You will be reporting to the Regional Digital Vice President and functionally to the Global Online Marketing Director.


Key Responsibilities:


You will ensure the best digital performance media investments to help the brand reach the growth and profit targets on lacoste.com websites by establishing and implementing channel strategies in line with marketing and business objectives.

  • You are responsible for the direct management of US & Canada markets
  • You drive the team in Mexico to run their campaigns
  • You are responsible of the global monitoring of the traffic KPIs, ROAS performance and budget allocation.
  • You will work closely with marketing agencies to oversee daily channel activities, including execution, strategy development, testing, budget allocation, and optimization


You will ensure the implementation of the best digital branding strategy

  • You work closely with the Marketing team owning the budget and partner on strategy
  • You drive & challenge the digital part of the branding campaigns directly with the US branding Agency
  • You are responsible of the measurement of the short-, mid- and long-term impacts of your campaigns on both Awareness KPIs and Sales.


You will ensure the best media strategy for E-retail

  • You are responsible of the direct management of Amazon Ads : global monitoring of the traffic KPIs, ROAS performance, sell-through and budget allocation.
  • You manage your budget allocation in a logic of performance and branding
  • You work closely with the Key account Manager in charge of the Digital Wholesale strategy


You are the key contact for all NORCAM digital media topics and you ensure a brand consistency & premium image across all communication channels and all countries.


You manage 1 person and you work closely with e-commerce teams, Digital wholesale, Marketing & Paris HQ digital marketing teams on topics related to traffic acquisition.


Your profile:


We are looking for ~4/5+ years of educational background, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital Media, with significant experience on e-commerce or pureplayer, with an international Scope.


You will make a winning backhand if you match these skills:

  • Past operational expertise in the 3 following channels: SEA, Affiliate, Social ads
  • Good knowledge in tech topics related to acquisition (attribution, cookie consent, DMP, Media API, data layer, TMS, pixels, product feeds…)
  • Ability to daily use Google analytics
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and find actionable insights to boost growth
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Excellent organization and communication/facilitation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences
  • Test & Learn Mindset
  • Management skills to elevate the team on a day-to-day basis


The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, to define the right priorities and share them efficiently with the team. We favor entrepreneurial spirit as well as strong rigor to ensure a good follow-up of all topics, as well as strong presentation skills.
