What You’ll Be Doing


We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Customer Account Manager (CAM) with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling B2B CRM technology solutions to existing customers.


Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue through selling upgrades and add-on products and services to our existing customers. You will collaborate and build effective relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and how our products and services meet their requirements. You are passionate about continuous improvement and staying current with industry and professional knowledge to inform your contributions to White Cup and our customers. In this role, you will be measured by your contributions to revenue growth through existing customers and supporting the overall success of our Sales team and business.

Preferred Attributes of Success

  • Experience in B2B software sales and existing account management, with demonstrable commercial product success
  • Experience with both on-premise and cloud deployments – migration experience a plus
  • Additional experience in B2B SaaS or B2B web-based technologies
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Wholesale Distribution or related industrial markets a plus
