The machine may provide a common module to one or more partner websites or operators thereof. When a user views a partner website in a browser, the common module configures and causes the browser to obtain and implement a custom module generated or updated specifically for that partner website. The custom module configures and causes the browser to communicate with the machine, for example, in response to fulfillment conditions specified by the operator of the partner website and used as a basis for generating or updating the custom module.
