You may receive notifications for new messages, invites, and comments on your posts, among others.
You can control which push notifications you receive from your Notification settings.
To manage your Notifications settings:
- Click on your profile picture.
- Click Settings & Privacy.
- Click Notifications in the left rail.
- Under Notifications you receive, click on a category to individually select options for that category.
- Click each option to select the type of notification you'd like to receive.

iOS: We send push notifications to your mobile device through Apple's Push Notification Service for iOS devices. This service is a standard feature of the mobile device operating system. To manage your Notifications settings:

Tap your profile photo.

Tap the
Settings icon in the upper right corner. -
Tap
Notifications. -
Under Notifications you receive, select any category to make changes.

Tap the categories for which you'd like to receive notifications.
- Tap each option to individually select items from within that category.
