You can access LinkedIn Recruiter through the LinkedIn Recruiter mobile app on iOS and Android devices.
To download the Recruiter mobile app:

Open the iTunes App Store on your iOS device.

Enter "LinkedIn Recruiter" and tap Search.

Tap the Get icon next to the LinkedIn Recruiter app and tap Install.

Confirm with your AppleID and install.
Important to know
Only users with iOS 14+ can upgrade to newest version of the Recruiter mobile app.
To download the Recruiter mobile app:

Open the Play Store on your Android device.

Enter "LinkedIn Recruiter" and tap Search.

Tap the Recruiter icon > Install and Accept.
Note: You must have Android 5 or higher installed.
