Employees at remote worksites have traditionally had limited access to mental health care. To address this, the JGC Fluor Corporation Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) team partnered with Workplace Options to ensure both physical and #psychologicalsafety on their worksite in BC, Canada. They launched the MIND your Health initiative to implement mental health support and off-set the risk factors of working and living in a remote, mega-project environment.
