Take a peek behind the scenes from a recent shoot for Palm Beach Tan's newest sunless skincare products. We are proud to have collaborated closely with the Palm Beach Tan team to design packaging that embodies their commitment to personalized beauty and wellness. Our focus on understanding customer insights enabled us to create packaging that not only resonates with their audience but also elevates the brand experience.

The only duo better than mouths and ribs is Archer and Smokeslam, and we had a grand time helping them kick off their first-ever food festival. While Smokeslam fired up the grills, we cooked up the branding, from its name and logo, to contest trophies and merch, and we couldn’t be more proud. Experienced Executive Creative Director fascinated by people, storytelling, ideas, branding and strategy. Not always in the same order.

In all the days in the 70+ year history of Archer, I can't imagine there were many more enjoyable than last week. The electricity of having all our remote employees "home" was palpable across the office. Our guest speaker Rishad Tobaccowala kicked off the week with a talk that delivered incredible insight into the things that shape advertising both individually as an industry. And it wouldn't be a trip to Memphis without BBQ. We topped our time together off with something akin to a good old fashioned company picnic on steroids. Thanks to our clients Mempho Presents for hosting us at the inaugural SmokeSlam: The World's Ultimate BBQ Showdown. Fantastic time on the river made better by being surrounded by all the great design work we did for the event. Gonna be tapping into the residual energy for awhile but also can't wait for the next time we're together.

At our recent agency summit, we were joined by the inspiring Rishad Tobaccowala, former Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of Publicis Groupe. With years of experience in industry leadership and strategy, here are the 4 key takeaways he gave us ⬇ 1. Change sucks but irrelevance is worse. As an agency that prides itself on exploring uncharted territories and possibilities, we understand that choosing adaptation over falling behind is a necessity when it comes to preparing for the future. 2. Our clients' greatest opportunities and threats will come from outside their category. While there is risk in the unknown and the untried, there is also great potential to be found in it.   3. Do not underestimate the value of asking questions and making fun of yourself. New knowledge can only be found beyond the limits of what we currently know, and asking questions while remaining positive about what we don’t yet understand is an integral step towards improvement as a professional. 4. A culture of enthusiastic pragmatism helps people build things. Having an equally realistic and eager sense of self creates a solid foundation for growth and development. We couldn't be more thankful for this conversation with Rishad and all of the wisdom he shared. ⭐
