From the Aegean shores of her native Turkey to the rolling fields of Ireland, Ozben's journey has led her to UCT, where she's been instrumental in ensuring smooth #manufacturing operations since joining us a year ago. Her degrees in mechanical and energy #engineering — and experience spanning computational fluid dynamics, mechanical design, R&D, and process optimization using Business Knowledge Models (BKM) — gives her a unique perspective when tackling process-related challenges. She thrives in our supportive work environment, where she can relish in her passion for problem-solving and seamless team collaboration. "My team functions like a finely-tuned machine, with each member representing a crucial “gear” to transmit force and achieve the desired outcome,” she shares.
