#Amorphous formulations continue to be reliant on as an important strategy in drug development, especially when dealing with compounds that have poor water #solubility and #bioavailability. The can enhance the solubility and dissolution rate of the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), facilitating better absorption in the body and making them suitable for preclinical studies. Techniques for creating amorphous formulations include #SprayDrying, #HotMeltExtrusion (HME) and Solvent Evaporation. By overcoming solubility challenges, they enable more effective preclinical studies and pave the way for successful drug development. You can access Sugandha Saboo's (AstraZeneca) talk on Enabling Preclinical Studies via Amorphous Formulation Approaches from 2023's Summit here: https://lnkd.in/ecUhq89x If interested to learn about 2024's dual 2024 Controlled & Modified Drug Release & Global Drug Bioavailability Enhancement Summit now only 2 weeks away in Princeton, NJ), program topics and focus can be viewed here: https://lnkd.in/gJ7zC938

Podcasting continues to become an increasingly important medium in healthcare whilst bridging the gap between complex medical information and the general public. As #omnichannel, AI and customer needs evolve, so does the role of the Pharma marketer in an agile sense. Understanding the experiences of launch journeys provides vital insights into what transpired from both successes and failures. Agile marketing can be especially useful in the pharmaceutical industry, where it can help speed up innovation, reduce time to market, and increase operational efficiency within marketing teams. Check out Monica Tai's (Johnson & Johnson) talk around the establishing a culture of #agility to become more #customercentric and some of the important lessons learned from this way of thinking. https://lnkd.in/eK73mTf7 If this area interests you further or are interested to be part of the 2024 Pharma CX Marketing Summit in late October (Philadelphia, PA), please do get in touch with us or visit https://lnkd.in/ei5KPCDY #PharmaCX2024
