Happy National Donut Day! The donut has been a coffee-side staple for longer than most of us can imagine. They’ve gone through some changes over the years but today, we are proud to produce America’s favorite, Hostess Donettes. We are excited to share that you can finally celebrate National Donut Day (June 7th) with ALL members of your family thanks to an exciting collaboration between our Milk-Bone® team and Dunkin’ and the launch of Milk-Bone® Dunkin’™ Vanilla Glaze Flavor Dog Biscuits. These sweet treats, which are inspired by the famous Dunkin’ Glazed Donut, offer even more than a delicious snack for furry family members as a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation®, which brings joy to kids battling illnesses through programs like Dogs for Joy™ the Foundation’s in-residence dog therapy grant program.

For 15 years, our Company has proudly hosted Mission: Breakfast. This unique event is a small way for our employees and Company to show appreciation for our troops, by providing breakfast to military personnel and their families. This year’s Mission: Breakfast was held at Lackland Air Force base, where our former CEO, Tim Smucker, attended basic training in 1969. Our Chair of the Board, President and CEO Mark Smucker, attended the event along with his father and was humbled to meet and talk with many current service members. On this Memorial Day, we want to take a moment to remember and thank the troops who have served and will serve our country, and the families who support them.

We believe that true success means driving business growth while helping those associated with our Company thrive. In support of this belief, our International Team recently welcomed over 30 distributors from across the globe to our Orrville, Ohio campus for the Smucker Days International Summit. The event offered an opportunity to connect with our diverse network of partners to share ideas, foster growth and innovation and strengthen important relationships. Thank you to everyone who attended and played a part in making this a successful event.
