The Scenic Arts Building, located on the #SonyPics Culver City studio lot, was recently awarded Redevelopment/Renovation of the Year at the Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s third annual Awards Gala. This award recognizes projects that exhibit a team’s commitment to an outstanding quality product, success in the marketplace, and uniqueness in design. Congratulations to the teams behind this innovative space! The Scenic Arts Building, originally constructed in 1939, once hosted artists creating backdrops for some of our most iconic films. It now features an expansive multi-purpose space available to rent, including for meetings and events for up to 275 people. It also houses production offices and a reception area for our gameshow audiences and visitors. For event inquiries, please reach out to [email protected]. 📷 Pavel Bendov/ArchExplorer (second image)
