At Ryan it is always exciting times! This week we kick off our 2024 Internship Program for 124 (!!) Interns with our Internship Retreat! BUT FIRST…. Monthly the People Group holds an All Hands for our 80+ PG team members around the world. This is one of my favorite activities especially the breakout part where we get to talk to other team members we do not always interact with on a daily basis. Periodically we get to do a large portion of that meeting in person and yesterday was one of those. We had our Dallas team in the office, our US TA team is in for the internship retreat and Duarte R. flew in from Portugal for the week! It was awesome to see so many people in person and watch everyone hug and get excited to “meet” who only knew zoom boxes before! On top of that we built bikes! What is better than donating 10 bikes to a local school for kids as summer starts. To earn our bikes to build we had to work as team. We learned a lot of lessons and had just as many laughs. We are Wired to Win for sure but we came together to live out Genorsity Matters which is the heart of who we are. Never did I think building a bike would be so much fun! Thanks team for a great morning! Thanks to our great judges who tried to keep to their scripts :)!
