Kat Bahner, CPA joins us as the Director of Asset Management for Berger Investments. Kat will be responsible for the preservation and financial growth of the company’s portfolio of apartments. Among other functions, she will drive and report on both individual asset and portfolio-level performance and returns as well as serve as the key point of contact for debt, equity and investment principals for questions, communications, and reporting.
