  • This week, we hosted more than 1,300 Assistant Restaurant Leaders and Business Unit Team Crew in Dallas, TX, for our ARL Conference – something no one in our industry has done before. Over the course of three days, our Leaders were immersed in training and breakout sessions, equipping them with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals – both personally and professionally. Throughout the conference, Co-CEO and COO AJ Kumaran shared best practices, resources and encouragement for our ARLs, including several initiatives to help them succeed and focus their time. As the next generation of Leaders, we’re proud to continue investing in our Crew by providing endless opportunities for growth as we pursue our vision of becoming a top 10 restaurant brand. “No other brand is investing in their assistant managers in this way,” said AJ. “We always do right by our Crew and I believe this investment we’re making in our ARLs will change their lives and the future of our business.” After a few days of working hard, our ARLs had the chance to have some fun with themed evening events before heading home to enjoy the Memorial Day weekend with their family and loved ones. Check out the recap video now to see what we mean when we say work hard and have FUN!

  • USA Today has named us one of the best workplaces in America – ranking us #15 overall, the highest Restaurant Company on the list of companies from all sectors and industries across the U.S. This is just the latest employer recognition we’ve received, in addition to accolades from Glassdoor, Forbes, Newsweek, QSR and countless local awards. Recognition like this acknowledges our industry leading benefits including our Wellness Benefits, First-time Home Buyer Program, Tuition Assistance, Restaurant Partner Program and opportunities for growth for our Crew and Managers. But ultimately, it recognizes our great Crew and dedicated Leaders. Thank you to our Crew and Leaders for taking care of each other, our Customers and Communities – the impact you make is undeniable. Thank you also to our loyal Customers and Partners for their support!

  • Last April, during our Timeless Horizon Conference for our Restaurant Leaders, Business Unit and Restaurant Support Office Teams, we held a Pop-A-Shot Contest. What did the winner receive? A trip to the 2024 Men’s NCAA Final Four and National Championship! We asked our Pop-A-Shot champ, Justin Schuda, to capture some of his experience and he delivered yet again. Take a look at Justin’s experience through this video – when we say we ‘work hard and have fun,’ this is an example of what we mean. Thanks, Justin! • We celebrated Monday’s total solar eclipse the only way we know how – with our Crew, of course! From our Restaurants in South Texas, our Dallas Restaurant Support Office all the way to our Rhode Island Restaurant, thousands of our Crewmembers came together to witness history.   We brought our ONE LOVE to viewing parties across the country, giving us the chance to connect with our Communities during this once-in-a-lifetime event. The Space Gal (Emily Calandrelli) even joined us in-Restaurant to share the science behind the solar eclipse.   For our Restaurants located along the path of totality, we hosted the Path of Toast-tality Campaign, giving Customers a free Texas toast with every purchase. And for a truly out-of-this-world offer, one lucky Customer won free Cane’s for 20 years – when we’ll see the next total solar eclipse.   Thanks for sharing in the fun through our stellar celebrations in this recap video

  • Raising Cane’s just wrapped up two weeks where we hosted our Company-wide Easter Egg Hunts – a highly anticipated tradition in our Restaurants and Restaurant Support Offices every year. Our egg hunts have been deeply rooted in our Culture of appreciation since the very beginning and maintain the same intention to this day – giving our Leaders the opportunity to celebrate our Crew throughout the year.   Across the country, our leaders hosted more than 850 egg hunts – providing our Crewmembers with a fun, energy-filled event including treats, games, and over 254,000 eggs filled with some BIG prizes.   We wanted to share some of the highlights of what we mean when we say, work hard and have fun!

  • Hot on the (w)heels of Raising Cane’s newly launched campaign featuring NASCAR’s first Arab American female driver Toni Breidinger, the racecar driver and Victoria’s Secret model took it back to where it all started in honor of International Women’s Day. Toni and her twin sister Annie – a woman in STEM who’s a car engineer for OEM – hosted 13 aspiring young female drivers at Phoenix Kart Racing Association (PKRA), where the duo raced annually as kids and Toni won her first Go Kart race. All with a shared passion for speed, Toni, Annie and the lucky racers spent the morning zipping around the track, eating Box Combos, and sharing personal stories and experiences.     To kick off the event, Toni and Annie conducted a Q&A session and discussed how they got to where they are in their respective careers – both crushing stereotypes and inspiring women around the world as they lead the pack in the male-dominated industries of NASCAR and engineering. The girls also asked about how Toni handled setbacks throughout her career, who she admired most in the sport, and what the future held for her.       “I truly believe seeing is believing, so being able to get involved and hopefully inspire the next generation of women in motorsports is really special to me,” said Toni.    Before any rubber met the road, Raising Cane’s presented the Women’s Sports Foundation (WSF) with a $100,000 check in honor of both International Women’s Day and Toni, who is a WSF Athlete Ambassador. Founded by sports icon and social justice pioneer Billie Jean King in 1974, WSF is one of the first organizations to recognize the powerful connection between sports access, equity and society. Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the Foundation exists to enable girls and women to reach their potential in sport and life. Toni, like many impactful women athletes, has worked with WSF for years to help pave the way for the next generation.    Today’s event is part of a larger campaign from Raising Cane’s, which features Toni and is focused on speed and accuracy – two things that Toni excels at. As a lifelong fan of Raising Cane’s and good friend of Raising Cane’s owner Todd Graves, the partnership between Toni and the brand was poised for “pole position” right out of the gate.     “I’m excited to have the opportunity to not only partner with Toni again, but begin a partnership with the Women’s Sports Foundation, which is close to Toni’s heart and helps young girls realize their potential through sports,” said Graves. “Toni embodies hard work, perseverance and tenacity, and is a role model for women around the world as she continues paving her own way in sports and culture.   Driving a Raising Cane’s-branded car, Toni is racing in today's ARCA race at Phoenix Raceway, where she’s one of two women drivers and one of three for the entire NASCAR weekend.

  • 2023 was another historic year for us at Raising Cane’s. To savor some of the memories, we put together a lookback video to share with all of our Crew. The first to see the video were our Multi-unit Leaders, Business Unit Teams and Dallas Restaurant Support Office Crew who gathered in Dallas for our 2024 Kickoff Meeting – which just wrapped up today. Big things took place in 2023, and 2024 is set up for continued success. A big thank you to everyone who helps make it happen every day. Let’s go 2024!
