🌇 While in Philadelphia last week, our CEO, Chee-Foong Wan, had the opportunity to meet with PSA BDP team members who are past or present participants of the Leadership Development Program. Employee Development Program graduates shared their experiences, takeaways from the program, and what their projects consisted of, while current members of the Manager Development Program and Global Leadership Development Program discussed their favorite aspects of the curriculum along with their goals and project focus. It was a great session filled with new connections, open dialogue, and of course, a delicious meal! 🤝🌯
