Thank you, Surecomp, for sharing this milestone! 🙌 Another significant step towards achieving 100% eBL by 2030.
🚀 Exciting news! #Surecomp has successfully completed electronic bills of lading (eBL) transactions using our collaborative trade finance platform #RIVO™. Partnering with MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, MAN Truck & Bus SE Voith Group, Commerzbank AG, Bangkok Bank, Bayerische Landesbank, and PT Bank BTPN Tbk we demonstrated how eBLs can streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure error-free processes. 🌐 Thanks to our integration with the WaveBL platform, the entire process was completed in just one hour, offering real-time updates and seamless document transfers 📄 RIVO is simplifying eBL adoption by acting as a centralised hub, connecting banks with multiple eBL providers without the hassle of separate onboarding and training. 👉Read the full press release to learn more: https://lnkd.in/ejwmxmNz #news #digitaltrade #tradefinance #eBL #efficiency #innovation #banks #corporates Phattharaphon Ratanasuvan Thanisorn Thanapongsapak Dimitrios Miliotis Nicole Fahlbusch Ana Catarina Gomes Cecile BÉAL Lutercia Porto Angela Koll Jevan Purnawan Ofer Ein Bar Ilan Weiss Alex Blitshtein Guy Perry Tal Weiser Enno-Burghard Weitzel yaron hupert Grégory Duval Gary Cutress Kyoka Li Yvonne Ngai Yossi Meir Alfonso Anuj Agarwal Detlef Lietfien João Teles Arjun John Abby Bickford Suchi Guharoy Andreas Bähnk Wolfgang Wallisch Shahar Avimor

Last week, we celebrated all women working in maritime on the occasion of International Day for Women in Maritime (IDWM) 👩💼 🚢 ⚓️ This year's theme was 'Safe Horizons: Women Shaping the Future of Maritime Safety.' As part of a small series featuring women at MSC, and to learn more about health and safety at the company, our Internal Communications team spoke to Leslie Godelaine, Legal Counsel and Critical and Dangerous Goods Manager at our Geneva headquarters. Here are some highlights from the interview: – What does your current role involve? "I'm surrounded by an excellent team, here and abroad, handling the critical and dangerous cargoes we carry on board our vessels, from the booking acceptance to the position of these units on board, which is paramount to protect the crew." – What does IDWM mean to you? "Recognition and therefore a celebration for us, as women working in an industry that has traditionally been male dominated. The situation is gradually improving, but there is still much progress to be made." – What would you say to women who are considering a career in the maritime industry? "As former French Health Minister and former President of the European Parliament Simone Veil said, 'I can, therefore I am.' Our identity, our existence is not determined by a gender but defined by our capabilities and what we can achieve. I would tell them: be yourself!" Thank you for the inspiring words, Leslie! #WomenInMaritimeDay
