Since inception, we have been leveraging innovative technologies and our own tech stack to simplify the insurance process and improve member outcomes. We recently worked with OpenAI on a case study analyzing our use of AI across our business. Our use cases focused on enhancing the clinical documentation process, navigating claims more efficiently, and unlocking insights from complex medical records. Learn about how this implementation will enhance the healthcare experience in our latest blog post: https://lnkd.in/emA7TNKB

In our latest AI blog post, we share how we tested GPT’s ability to read clinical guidelines, and some of the learnings we amassed through our experimentation. Our providers leverage a repository of guidelines, varying by state, that outline conditions under which a service will be covered. These guidelines are specific to a member’s policy and plan type, and it can be a lot of information for providers to sift through. Our team is streamlining this process by teaching GPT to help clinicians filter through paperwork, allowing them more time to care for patients. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ehV34n5Y

Clinicians often spend valuable time sifting through dense medical records, searching for “a needle in a haystack,” to assess Prior Authorization requests. We’re leveraging the power of LLMs to extract information from medical records — enabling more time spent with our members, and less time on paperwork. Our latest blog post is the first in a series where we delve into how our team is utilizing AI to help streamline clinician workflows. https://lnkd.in/eQagkKz8
