Keeping things humming at a cranberry receiving station means there is no shortage of activity, especially during harvest. Katherine Burdick knows as an office assistant in Babcock, WI, day-to-day activities are more than just operational, they are cultural. Whether it’s creating a mini-museum of Ocean Spray history right in the office, acting as a Plant Liaison for Ocean Spray’s Champions Team, or actively participating with our PRIDE ERG, during her four year tenure she has been an invaluable brand ambassador. "There are many wonderful aspects to working at Ocean Spray, but what I value most is the ability to be my authentic self and develop in my career." She even recently completed an Accounting Certificate Program offered by Ocean Spray to provide continuing education opportunities and enhance transferable job-related skills.
