Tami Zimmerman exemplifies a Nevada Woman of Achievement, having truly earned everything she’s ever received. Born and raised in Reno, she and her husband have raised two spectacular children in the same neighborhood in which they grew up in, and have given back to our community in countless ways. Working her way from the ground-floor up, Tami has constructed this community as well, currently leading the largest public construction program in Northern Nevada as the Chief Facilities Management Officer for WCSD. #nevadawomensfund #womenofachievement #WOA

An accomplished external affairs executive with nearly 30 years of multi-state experience in administering government relations programs, corporate communications, and campaign management for both private and public sectors in Nevada and California, as well as Washington, D.C. Her public service is extensive including Former Nevada State Senator, Tahoe Fund Board of Directors, Advisory Board for National Jobs for America’s Graduates Board, Advisory Board for the Guinn Center for Policy Priorities, and Nevada affiliate of the International Women’s Forum. #nevadawomensfund #womenofachievement #WOA

A talented creative, Shannon serves as the web designer and developer of the NWHP website; started her career after graduating from UNR as a cartographer, GIS specialist, and graphic designer. In 2013, she established Tangerine Design in Carson City. Alongside her passion for design, Shannon is an avid long-distance runner who finds balance by exploring mountain trails with her camera. This honoree has ultimate responsibility for managing risk and minimizing the impact of losses for a company with more than 50,000 team members and over 50 casinos, hotels, and resort properties throughout North America. As the Corporate Vice President of Risk Management for Caesars Entertainment, she brings decades of experience to her role, working to protect the company, its team members, and guests. A part of SNC since 2019, she leads HR support for SNC’s corporate teams. As Sr. Director of Human Resources, Megan has 20 years of experience in the field and uses that expertise in support of the multiple hats she wears, including employee relations, ethics, and DE&I. Megan has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Nevada, Reno and is a certified SHRM-SCP.
