Hi there!👋 I’m Aaron Layden and I’m currently the Head of Partnerships at NeoReach. I’ve spent the last 11 years in Orlando, FL, and was born and raised in Tampa, so I've been a Central Florida local since the late 80s! I have been a part of the NeoReach team since the early days, over 9 years all together. In this time, I have seen both NeoReach and the creator economy expand rapidly, and it's been fun! I'm incredibly proud of the range of innovative brands we've partnered with (Airbnb, Sony, NVIDIA) and the dynamic campaigns I have helped design (CES, Art Basel). It’s been a memorable experience working with the range of vibrant, talented colleagues and clients NeoReach has globally.🌐 Outside of NeoReach, I love spending time with my wife and two young kids, cooking and making cocktails, traveling when we can, and listening to new music and audiobooks.📚 Activity wise, I enjoy basketball, tennis, and the idea of golf despite not being able to really improve at it. At this time of year though, it's the pool most days in the early evening window. I have two older brothers here in Florida and nieces and nephews that I love to see as often as we can!😊

At NeoReach, I’ve had the privilege of developing tools and strategies that connect major global brands like Sony, Samsung, and Bytedance, and Meta with cutting-edge marketing solutions and creators. Our work spans across a social intelligence API, a robust enterprise SaaS tool, and comprehensive tech-enabled services, all designed to empower our clients with real-time insights and audience engagement. About eight years ago, I started DJing, which evolved into music production across various electronic genres including Deep and Organic House, Melodic Techno and more. As a self-taught musician, I find the continuous process of learning and creating in music not just a hobby but a source of endless fascination and personal growth.
