📰 NGA Foundation Concludes 2024 Executive Leadership Development Program 39 participants learn leadership and decision-making best practices to bring back to their organizations The NGA Foundation has completed its 2024 Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP), a four-day conference offering personalized coaching and interactive leadership instruction. The program, held June 2-6, 2024, at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., and sponsored by PepsiCo, provides hands-on, lecture and group activities for high-impact learning. This year’s session hosted nearly 40 participants from companies across the grocery industry, including retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
