More than 25% of clients ask for previous audits reports to assess expertise. By standardizing and publishing reports, clients can make decisions faster. Mosaia will provide easy access to relevant audit reports. ➡ We’re providing white glove support to teams from the Protocol Labs ecosystem, as well as to CoinFund, BlockTower Capital, and Graph Paper Capital, saving them time in selecting the right service provider. ➡ We're also partnering with Audit Wizard, a free tool for finding bugs in your code before an audit. Audit Wizard enables you to scan for vulnerabilities, leverage AI insights, and identify key risks before the audit begins. Tons of discussions about Carta this weekend, if you need to evaluate options to manage your cap table we’re happy to help! It can be very time consuming for Founders and their teams to figure out which information from the cap table to submit in tax forms, so deciding what’s the right solution depending on company stage is critical. It usually starts with a spreadsheet managed internally or through a fractional CFO. Up to a point where you’ll need to leverage software such as Carta, Pulley, AngelList Equity, and more. It’s a crowded place, if you check G2 you’ll get a long list of more than 20 softwares, and that doesn’t even include niche local players or emerging tech providers such as Magna and Liquifi, that can handle token cap tables. And to make a decision, you’ll need to consider many criteria, like what’s the preference for the legal firm you work with, switching costs, additional features you need like 409A valuation, and so on. Reflecting on a Transformative Year and Anticipating an Exciting Future Stepping into a new year, I find myself pausing to reflect on the incredible journey it's been. 🌟 Transitioning from AWS: The year began with a significant change; leaving AWS opened doors to new possibilities and set the stage for a year of discovery and growth. 🚴♂️ The Quest to find like minded people and potential Co-Founders: My journey then took me through the ups and downs of searching for potential co-founders. While there were moments of doubt, this path ultimately led me to the right partner. It's a classic example of how every 'no' can be a step closer to the perfect 'yes'. 🔍 Discovering My Passion: The heart of this year has been about finding problems that I am truly passionate about solving. This quest has been both challenging and exhilarating, driving me to dig deeper. 🤖 Experimenting with bleeding edge tech and the excitement of building again: A significant highlight has been my foray into the world of Artificial Intelligence and LLMs. Participating in hackathons, I successfully developed two groundbreaking projects: AGI Trader: A tool that simulates hedge funds and investment decisions using the power of grouped autonomous LLM agents for analysis and decision making. Mosaia AI: Leveraging LLM chains to understand business customer needs to advise and suggest the right services for businesses to succeed. 🎯 Find the target first, then hit it: Talking to customers, demoing projects, and gathering invaluable feedback. As a builder, it's easy to keep falling in the trap of building first. But the iterative process talking to the customer first is both challenging and rewarding. ✨ Looking Ahead: As I stand at the threshold of another year, I am filled with excitement for the road ahead. The experiences of the past year have not only shaped me but have also laid a solid foundation for the future. Here's to a year of more growth, and success.
