Do you have more questions than answers when it comes to using AI at work? We do. Or rather, we did… A few weeks ago, we held AI-Fest, a week-long internal AI learning program with 32 live sessions that encouraged all employees across the agency to experiment, share, and discuss AI as it pertains to the marketing industry. Led by Joe Panepinto, PhD, SVP, Executive Strategy Director, 50+ colleagues and clients from around the globe, who are currently leading game changing AI enabled brand experiences, jumped at the opportunity to share how artificial intelligence is transforming their work. With our people averaging 3.5 hours soaking in new applications and tips in live sessions, as well as experimenting with different tools on their own, the result was a 10% confidence increase in using AI tools and nearly 40% of attendees setting specific goals to expand their AI knowledge even further. But the biggest, most pressing question we had to answer to get there was "what's the best way to get started"?
