AI Sales Roleplay Platform to Identify & Close Your Sales Team's Skill Gaps. Simulate your Cold, Warm, & Discovery Calls

About us

Hyperbound is a simulated AI Sales Roleplay platform that turns ICP descriptions into interactive AI buyers in less than 2 minutes. It helps your sales team onboard 50% faster and boosts your team's conversions on cold, warm, & discovery calls. Every sales team wants to do more roleplays, but it's often unscalable and biased. Instead of having your sellers practice on real prospects and burn leads in the process, Hyperbound allows your reps to get realistic at-bats with an AI buyer. Sellers can finally gain call confidence and mastery in a simulated environment that doesn't put your pipeline at risk and gives time back to your managers.  Interested in trying it out today? Building the GTM of 2027 • Also building the best influencer marketing programs on LinkedIn • Fractional GTM • Sales shouldn't be a dirty word :)

We're #hiring at Hyperbound! And it's about time I put this advisor role on my LinkedIn... I don't accept many advisor roles. Strategic advising takes a disproportionate amount of my time. If it's not a HELL YES, then it's a sorry, no. And Hyperbound is a hell yes. That's why you should join the team! 😇 Why work with Sriharsha and Atul? 👉 Their technology is bleeding edge AI, with a crystal clear business case. 👉 They're highly skilled AI engineers with the technical chops to build a complex and novel product. A common weakness on sales tech founding teams. 👉 They work FAST and are eager to put in the work. Did you know they hustled over Thanksgiving to build their first prototype? 👉 They're growing fast. Can you believe it's only been 6 months since they started building their AI cold call bots? 👉 They're humble and always willing to ask for help. Crucial for technical co-founders building sales tech. 🥳🎉 And you'll get to work with me, Saad Khan, Florin Tatulea, and Zoya Segelbacher! Here's what we're #hiring for: Able to own a function and build from nothing. We're extremely early stage. Primarily a CS role. We have a growing customer base. We need someone to take great care of them and build relationships while Sriharsha and Atul focus on engineering and sales. However, we don't think that would make a full-time role yet. The rest of your time will be spent on marketing: - LinkedIn content - occasional blog posts - maybe a podcast one day It's a funky role, but I know that it will be perfect for someone in my network. We'll be posting more roles in the coming months 👀 In the meantime, if this sounds like you or someone you know, tag them below or dm Sriharsha!

Founder and CRO at Hyperbound (YC S23) | AI Sales Roleplay

Hey LinkedIn community, send us your friends, we need your help! TL;DR: if you've got a friend that will make a good fit for a CX/Partnerships/Marketing role at Hyperbound, TAG THEM in the comments! We're growing faster than we can handle at the moment, so we're looking for our first GTM/CX focused hire, who wants to build their personal brand alongside us! We're asking someone to wear a few hats with us in these early stages. We've done all of these roles ourselves as founders, so we have a playbook for you to build off of and make your own. We are building the future of Sales Training and it's going to be an exciting ride! As we continue to grow and hire out a team under you, we want you to grow with us and become either our CMO or our Head of CX! 📈 Here's what we're looking for: *Position:* CX/Partnerships/Marketing Guru *Who We Are:* At Hyperbound, we’re building the future of modern sales training and enablement. We're currently a small team, and we’re looking for an all-star communicator and energizer to join our adventure and grow with us. *Your Mission:* 1️⃣ Customer Success Lead (Daily): Own and update our CX playbook, monitor customer usage daily, send tailored messages, train/respond to users, and ensure success plans are followed. 2️⃣ Marketing & Social Media (Daily): Help out with our social media, engage daily on LinkedIn, create content, and write SEO blog posts. Build your personal brand alongside Hyperbound! 3️⃣ Partnerships & Events (Monthly): Track partner interactions, organize webinars and podcasts, secure sponsors, and lead monthly marketing pushes (like our famous cold calling competitions). *What You Bring:* Excitement! Experience in sales, customer success, marketing, or partnerships. Passion for AI and sales. *Perks:* Remote work with flexible hours. Key role in a fast-growing startup. Sriharsha Guduguntla and I can't wait to meet you! DM us, or tag yourself in the comments, (or tag your friends). We'll respond quick with the details of the hiring process and answer any of your questions!

Olivia Moore and Anish Acharya see massive opportunity when it comes to voice agents. There is opportunity at each layer — infra players, consumer interfaces, and enterprise agents. For B2C and B2B voice agents, they have a few hypotheses around the most exciting emergent products. For B2B agents, they see opportunity in these areas: LLM based — but not necessarily 100% automated from day one. The “strong form” of an AI voice agent will be an entirely LLM-driven conversation, not an interactive voice response (IVR) or phone tree approach. However, because LLMs are not 100% reliable all the way through, there is likely to be some (temporary) “human in the loop” for more sensitive/larger transactions. Tuning custom models vs. prompting LLM approach. B2B voice agents will need to navigate specialized (or vertical-specific) conversations for which a general LLM is likely insufficient. Many companies are tuning per customer models (using a few hundred or low thousands of data points) and will likely extrapolate this back to a company-wide base model. The custom tuning may even continue for enterprise clients. Technical teams with domain expertise. Given their complexity, some prior AI background will be helpful — if not necessary — for spinning up and scaling high quality B2B voice agents. However, understanding how to package the product and wedge into the vertical is likely to be equally important — requiring either domain expertise or strong interest. Sharp POV on integrations + ecosystem. Similar to the above, buyers in each vertical have a few specific features or integrations that they are typically looking to see before they will make a purchase. In fact, this may be the proof point that elevates the product from “useful” to “magic” in their assessment. This is another reason why it makes sense to start fairly verticalized. Either “enterprise grade” or strong product-led growth (PLG) motion. For verticals with significant revenue concentration in the top companies/providers, voice agent companies may start with enterprises and eventually “trickle down” to SMBs with a self-serve product. SMB customers are desperate for solutions here and are willing to test a variety of options — but may not provide the scale/quality of data that allows a startup to tune the model to enterprise caliber. *Unintelligible noises* ....... Sales development takes practice, and spending a long time out of practice possibly makes your prospects feel a bit like Jeremy Clarkson up above. Thankfully I'm not finding myself in this position (all that much 😉) Very thankful to work in a team that values Sales Enablement. Thanks Federico Presicci for putting together a fantastic course on phone prospecting. And thanks to Atul Raghunathan and the Hyperbound team for creating an excellent live-fire-replicating cold calling tool. Getting up to speed again thanks to this. Happy to share my experiences with Hyperbound if anyone asks ✌️ As they say in Denmark - god arbejdslyst derude! #sdr #salesdevelopment #coldcalling #saas #sales

I really don't know what to say... In just the last day, our PAID and AUTHENTICATED users made over 100,000 seconds of calls to our AI's. That's well over 24 hours... 🤯 And this DOESEN'T count our free demo site, where usage has been as high as ever. All in all, we've passed over 93 DAYS worth of calls to our sales roleplay buyer bots. We've clearly struck a chord and we're not going to stop pushing. We've got so many customer requests and ideas that we're scaling the team to keep up, Sriharsha Guduguntla and I are so so motivated to make Hyperbound the next big name in sales tech. We're so so grateful to the sales community for offering us the advice, the investment, and the intros we needed to make it this far, and we've got so much more on the horizon. Let's get this!

Strategic Partnerships | Startup & VC Ecosystem | Gen AI GTM | Enterprise SaaS | Growth & BD

The 2024 Gen AI Summit has been another year of success🔥. There are so many people I would like to thank, but today, I want to share some stories behind the scene. This isn't just another #AI conference. It's a culmination of our work at HubSpot For Startups, a living embodiment of our platform's mission - to fuel #founder growth in this explosive AI landscape. 💡More than a year ago, I envisioned embracing the Gen AI wave to empower startups navigating this dynamic market. Since ChatGPT hit the scene in late 2022, the tech world has been in a whirlwind. Here in Silicon Valley, everyone is diving headfirst into the generative AI universe. But questions abound: ❓ Is the ecosystem ready for newcomers? ❓ What opportunities and challenges await first-time entrepreneurs? ❓ How can you build a profitable business amidst shifting user behaviors? ❓ How do you find product-market fit and outpace your competition? After hearing countless founder stories, their struggles resonated deeply. We knew we had to act. With the overwhelming demand after we launched of our HubSpot AI tools in Feb 2023, we saw an opportunity to bolster the fast growing AI-native startup ecosystem. With we realized the time was ripe to delve deeper into how we could navigate this exciting yet challenging new wave. That's how the idea of an intimate AI founders knowledge sharing was born. By partnering with my long-time friend and partner Alex Ren, we shared the same vision and transformed this concept into a powerful platform, uniting top players from startups, research, corporations, and investors. Together, we aimed to provide a holistic view of the AI market and equip founders with the insights they need to thrive. 👉 As I emphasized during the startup showcase: HubSpot isn't just about AI-powered CRM tools. We're leveraging our vast network of global thought leaders, resources, and opportunities to give founders a leg up. This is just the beginning of what we're building on our startup platform. We're committed to pushing boundaries, dedicating our collective resources to help founders worldwide find their path to success through HubSpot for Startups. Last but not least, I only play a part in this show – the majority of the work is done by all our amazing team members and thought leaders Janelle Apaydin Melissa Braxton-Rasumoff Kelsey Aina Laurence Butler Emma Greenwald Ron Dawson Scott Murray Annie Fei Daisy Z. . Thank you all for your incredible efforts in putting this together. I feel truly lucky to be a part of it. 🙏 #GenAISummit2024 #HubSpot #AIStartups #FounderSuccess

CEO at Hyperbound (YC S23) | Building AI Sales Roleplay Simulations to upskill sales teams

Yesterday, Atul Raghunathan and I did something that has never been done before... We had 300+ people from the audience at the HubSpot X Amazon Web Services (AWS) Gen AI Summit make a LIVE cold call to a VP of Sales Hyperbound Bot at the same time! It was the most exhilarating moment watching every person call a phone number and get hung up on by one of our rudest AI buyers. Successful live demos are unbeatable! Thank you to everyone that came out to watch us present and all the faces we got to meet in person for the first time! If you're in SF, hit us up! Would love to grab coffee in person.

    Call confidence is key 💪

View profile for Sriharsha Guduguntla, graphic

CEO at Hyperbound (YC S23) | Building AI Sales Roleplay Simulations to upskill sales teams

Why is it harder than ever today for your sales rep to pick up the phone and make a call? After all, selling is a human to human activity. This is a question I ponder every day. Here’s why I empathize with your reps: Let’s consider the fact that the majority of reps you are hiring today are in their early 20s. Much like myself, they’re part of the “iPhone generation”. We grew up in an automation-first world, where verbal communication was always the last resort. 2) We started email accounts in elementary school and got smartphones for texting in middle school. 3) We seldom had garage sales, and instead, jumped onto Craigslist, eBay, or Marketplace hiding behind our devices to negotiate the price. 4) If we needed to buy something, one click on Amazon, and it was at our doorstep, no middlemen and no questions asked. 5) We are more comfortable conveying our emotions through emojis than over a call. 6) We grew up playing multiplayer video games over the internet and trash talking behind chat windows (throwback to Club Penguin if anyone remembers that). 7) We’ve visited people’s Instagram profiles more times than we’ve met them in person. And reinforcing all of this was that… By the time most of us graduated, email was by far the dominant sales channel due to the rise of email automation. Before I started Hyperbound, I had never spoken to a VP or C-suite executive in my life outside of relatives or close friends. And it made me anxious when I did. I didn’t know if they’d trust a 23 year old stranger half their age. I didn’t know if I could say all the right things. I didn’t know what my facial expressions should be like. Lack of call confidence is very real and is the #1 reason why your reps may be faking dials or not hitting their call quotas. Thats why when sales leaders ask how Hyperbound is different from other call intelligence tools, it’s simple. Atul Raghunathan and I are on a mission to solve the root cause behind lack of phone conversions. As modern sales teams start to adopt a phone first approach again… We want to equip our peers with the opportunity to get those at-bats and conversations that they need to gain confidence for these calls. Why wait until after months of calling to run a postmortem, when you can proactively prepare them instead. Thank you Peter Kazanjy for helping me put this into perspective on our walk the other day!
