That's why we're thrilled to announce that Nextdoor and Grapevine are partnering to help neighbors amplify their local impact. Through this collaboration, neighbors will be able to create and join Giving Circles, receive meaningful matching funds and contribute to nonprofits and local initiatives that reflect their neighborhood’s needs and values. On May 17, Grapevine hosted The Power of Giving Circles: A Deep Dive on the Landscape of Collective Giving webinar to further explore the fascinating research released last month on Giving Circles. We were honoured to be joined by the researchers of the study, Adriana Loson-Ceballos, PhD and Michael D. Layton, to talk about the groundbreaking findings and reveal the enormous contributions of the Grapevine community to this growth and expansion. There’s no question that Grapevine Giving Circles are a key force in driving the sector’s growth. 🔥 🌟 60% of all Giving Circles are currently part of the Grapevine community 🌟 44% of all new Giving Circles over the past three years of tremendous growth were launched by Grapevine 🌟 To date, the Grapevine community has contributed significantly to the overall numbers by donating $35M+ to 4,500+ nonprofits across 1,150+ groups! 📌 Watch a recording of the webinar and learn more about the research here: https://lnkd.in/g3uVUfy6
