Celebrating a major milestone with our operating partner GLP as they team up with Nike to build a new UK #logistics campus at Magna Park Corby. At 1.3+ million square feet, the new GLP Magna Park facility will be designed with wellness in mind, as well as aim to earn a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating and achieve net zero carbon in construction. GLP’s Magna Park’s are often acclaimed in the industry for setting new standards in terms of design, environmental management, sustainability, occupier efficiency and local job creation.

We are proud to share that Yosuke Fujioka, Head of Fund Management, GCP Japan, and President, Monoful Inc, has been appointed Co-Chair of the newly established ULI Alternative Assets Council.   Under his leadership, the council will delve into non-traditional real estate sectors across Asia Pacific, including Data Centres, Life Sciences and Cold Storage, as well as engage with industry leaders, exchange best practices, and contribute to thought leadership in the real estate evolution.
