Your best friend for face-to-face businessing. Handshake to CRM in Minutes, not Weeks.

About us

Sales technology has come a long way since rotary phones and The Yellow Pages. Unfortunately nearly all of the great platforms and tools out there suck on mobile devices. As a result..... 1-40% of sales activity never makes it to the CRM. Good luck replicating your top field reps, Ms. CRO! 2-It takes the average organization 11 days from the time a badge is scanned to get a workable lead into the hands of the appropriate reps. Buyer interest wanes by the minute, and reps know this. They don't care to work old show leads nearly 2 weeks after the fact. ROI from in person events remains low and incredibly hard to measure. Introducing Mobly, an event-agnostic lead capture app. Just snap a picture of a badge or business card, and we'll convert to text, enrich it to create a fully-workable lead, and sync it with your CRM in seconds! No card? No problem! Just type in a name and company, and we'll do the rest! Sick of a new app for every event? As soon as the show ends, just export your scans from their app and import to Mobly. All of your in person leads are kept in the same place. All enriched with current contact info and social profiles. All sync'd with your CRM! What's next? Native integrations with your sales engagement tools so your reps can call, text and email from the app and actually have that activity logged! Sign up to be notified when we launch our Beta! Coming March, 2023!

We are all trying to book meetings at tradshows and conferences before the event, right? But what about those organic engagements that turn into demos/meetings on the spot? Are they tracked? Do you have to pull out your laptop to update Salesforce or HubSpot? Or are you asked to fill the calendar of an executive or the demo room your team paid for? Today Mobly announces exciting new integrations with leading calendaring platforms that the majority of our customers are using: Calendly, Chili Piper, Outreach, Salesloft, and many more! You can now book meetings direct from Mobly eliminating all the friction associated with scheduling! Check out the demo 📱 Zach Barney put together: https://lnkd.in/g4_Va8xj

There is a maturity curve for lead collection at events and it starts with sending your team with no tools or processes to be successful. You’re opportunistic and believe in your team to be thorough, ask the right questions, and bring back notes from their best conversations. When the event is over and you end up with two leads and the notes are mixed up you question whether or not to invest in that event again. Meanwhile, your competitor, who is further along in the maturity curve attended the same event and closed 4 deals. Why does this happen? Two reasons, experience and process. Don’t let your competitors close deals in your face. Show up with Mobly. As the world’s only event agnostic lead capture, enrichment and engagement app, your team can focus on the conversations and not all the manual work required to mange leads. #getmobly

How many more deals would your team close if you could get your leads ready and in the hands of reps in minutes rather than days? We use Gong Engage and HubSpot to setup our workflows before each tradeshow and conference to kick-off sales engagement and marketing campaigns based on the tags from each scanned lead. So when Kevin Harris or 👾 Kristian Landes connect with someone at the event and scan the badge with conversation details and tags added, they can forget about the initial follow up because Mobly is enriching, qualifying, deduping and matching ownership logic to automate the entire workflow process with integrations to your CRM, MAP and Sales Engagement platforms. And all of this happens within minutes of the inital scan! We have closed deals with prospects from an event before we even get the first email from a booth that had scanned our badges using the provided scanners. If you need help setting up your workflows to engage important prospects within minutes of raising their hands, send us a DM and we'll hook you up.

19 things attendees do that never get tracked at events. What if you could track every interaction, every connection, every emotion? The impact on ROI would be incredible. Conversations in the hallway. Structure these with white space for one-to-one meetings. Drinks at a bar outside of the venue. Offer takeovers as part of your sponsorship. This is missed revenue. Close deals. Pipeline generated and closed deals are the top KPIs for those exhibiting at your event. Ask them to share revenue ranges in your feedback forms. Follow up after 6 months. Session engagement. Use facial analysis to track the audience's reaction to a speaker. Gossip. Set up a social wall within the app and catch what attendees are talking about Negative experiences. Many do not care to share feedback, especially if it is delayed. Use QR codes to capture quick feedback next to activations. Positive experiences. Same as above. Capture good impressions quickly. Conversations at the booth. Business cards do not work; capture that data and immediately sync it with the CRM. Travel issues. Travel is part of the event experience. Explore travel management platforms to manage the experience. Hugs. Chill, you shouldn’t track hugs (though that would be epic), but ask a question in your surveys about meaningful connections. Identity meetups. Belonging is a major driver of events. Sometimes, we attend identity-based meetups to feel we belong. Offer bookable spaces for spontaneous meetups. Serendipity. Random meetings with exceptional people. Give it structure with the use of Braindates. Hotel stay. What happens at your room block is usually left to the hotel. You should gather data about how attendees experienced accommodation. Performance liking. When you pay for talent to sing or perform, how did the audience like them? Push notifications in the app to give feedback or a QR code. Explore the destination. Work with your destination to recommend and analyze what they do and how they like the area hosting. Work catchup. Offer working stations with wifi and chargers. Also bookable and brandable pods for meetings. Comment on social posts. If you post on an event, the algorithm sends more posts about that event. Attendees comment on each other posts. Track those conversations, they provide feedback. Food and drinks outside of the venue. Ask attendees how much they spent outside of your event. It will help you to understand the total cost of attending. Talk about competitors. I am constantly conversing about how one event stacks up compared to its competitors. Ask them to rate you against others. What am I missing?

Big freaking news from us over here! This passed week, we crossed our 100,000th user-added contact in our app. IN our team all-hands last week, 📱 Zach Barney told us it took 5 months to cross our first 10k. SO 90k in the last 7 months.... 🤯 Pretty humbling that we just launched out our beta 3/23/23 and less than 13 months later crossed that milestone. Thanks to every one of our users for putting your faith in us to deliver. We will continue to build and innovate, and look forward to adding another zero to that number in the next year or two!
