About us
F.Y. Eye is a 501(c)(3) organization that works exclusively with nonprofit and government organizations to develop and expand their marketing and communications strategies. We offer low and no cost advertising solutions as well as free consulting for any marketing initiative. Since 2005, organizations have entrusted us with small social marketing efforts to large multi-faceted advertising campaigns. Our vast understanding of the dynamic New York market allows us the insight to develop and implement strategically sound and effective advertising campaigns. F.Y. Eye was started as a means to help nonprofits communicate their important messages more effectively and on a budget that any organization could afford. Our mission is to generate awareness of social issues, both big and small, through affordable advertising vehicles. Through strategic planning, we position an organization in front of a wider audience in need of their support and services. We realize that during tough economic times, marketing and communications budgets are the first to suffer - but we believe that advertising is one of the most essential activities an organization can undertake. Even if you have no budget, we will find an advertising solution for your organization.

This April we have collaborated with Harlem Grown to disseminate Public Service Announcements (PSAs) across bus shelters in Harlem. Harlem Grown has been a local force in fostering sustainable communities since its inception in 2011. Grounded in a commitment to #urbanfarming, #sustainability, and #nutrition education, Harlem Grown launched a new free after-school program last year. The PSAs, crafted alongside designer Daniel Stark | Stark Design, amplify this resource addressing critical community needs by providing youth education and pathways to sustainable development. Keep your eyes peeled for the PSAs across #Harlem this month!

Last Thursday marked a huge milestone for F.Y. Eye, as our first #NonprofitCoLab cohort culminated their six-month journey in the program at Pitch Day. 🌟 Each team guided the audience through their innovative campaign strategies and revealed beautiful PSAs, which tackle the pressing issues in their communities head-on. The presentations incited insightful discussions that underscored the power of narrative change and public interest communications. Participants delved into motifs of community and belonging, highlighting nonprofits as the vital trusted messengers in shaping these stories in the public square. We extend deep gratitude to everyone involved in this program, especially Adam Rattner and Tikki Mitchell-King. Kudos to our speakers – Chris Palmedo, Pilar Finuccio and Lia Weintraub – whose expertise informed the cohort's journey; and all our partners in attendance at Pitch Day! As well as every volunteer that collaborated so closely with their participating nonprofits from WPP. Participating nonprofits:WSFSSH, Inc., Urban Justice Center Free To Be Youth Project, The Peer Defense Project, Union Community Health Center, The Bronx Defenders, The New York Immigration Coalition. #NonprofitCoLab #PitchDay #CommunityImpact #Collaboration #NarrativeChange #PSANetwork
