We organized a Member Panel on "Unlock the Potential of Fractional Leadership in SMBs" with FrUn member panellists Lori B., Mollie Hodl, Ben Wolf and John Zurowski. The panellists emphasized the value they bring to SMBs by providing cost-effective solutions and expertise that help businesses grow and overcome the “entrepreneurial Catch 22” of needing experienced leadership but lacking the resources to hire full-time.
