This month, we partnered with our employee resource group, Black/African-Americans and Allies Movement (BAAM!), to celebrate Black History Month with special guest speaker Clifton Taulbert, a Pulitzer Prize nominee, esteemed global lecturer on Black history in America, and celebrated entrepreneur. Taulbert talked to our teams about the transformative strength of community, the power of a shared vision, and his journey from the cotton fields of the Mississippi Delta as a domestic migrant field worker to a Harvard lecturer. As a purpose-driven company, the conversation left us feeling incredibly inspired and moved. To better meet our customers where they shop, Fossil Group proudly introduces a new digital technology -- a “stackable” virtual try-on experience that allows customers to virtually try on products across multiple categories. Here's what EVP Holly Briedis had to say about it in an interview with Chain Store Age, "This new experience helps bridge the gap between the in-store and online shopping experience, as our customers now have better context around things like size, shape, and how items look paired or relative to each other — something they wouldn't be able to experience previously unless trying on in-person. For 10 years, Fossil Foundation has partnered with transformational organizations focused on unlocking the power of the rising generation—and this event was no exception.
