    e.l.f. Beauty is thrilled to debut the latest episode of our “Show Your(s)e.l.f.” documentary series at the 23rd Tribeca Festival. Our short film, featuring the inspiring Chella Man, is competing in the 2024 Tribeca X Award Competition. Our short film, featuring Chella highlights his journey as a deaf genderqueer artist, discovering beauty in resilience and triumph on the way. Other episodes in the series focus on extraordinary individuals Anastasia Pagonis, who started competitive swimming as she became blind at age 14 and advocates for mental-health initiatives; Amanda Nguyen, an activist for survivors of sexual violence and an astronaut who will proudly be the first Vietnamese woman in space this fall; and Viktoria Modesta, a bionic pop artist and innovator in the post-disability community who explores modern identity through performance, fashion, avant-garde visuals and more. Each cast member embodies unapologetic self-expression. e.l.f. strives to further empower them by handing them the mic at Tribeca, a world-renowned entertainment event. Thank you to our creative partners OBERLAND in helping us bring these important stories to life. An eyes.lips.first as the first beauty brand to show up at Tribeca with a full-wattage premiere, this moment is a giant leap for not only e.l.f. Beauty but the industry as a whole.     We are flexing e.l.f.’s muscle behind the incredibly empowering and inspiring world champion para swimmer Anastasia "Tas" Pagonis! 🏊♀️ As she heads into the 2024 competitive swimming season, we are so proud to announce an expanded partnership with Tas. Together, we are on a journey to make beauty more inclusive and accessible. Tas embodies our motto: “anything is e.l.f.ing possible.” She proves inclusivity is a powerful force that can lift us all up to gold. Tas lost her vision at the age of 14. Since then, the now 20-year-old has built a massive social media following by openly sharing her experiences. She shows that you can turn adversity into triumph - with the right mindset, you can empower others! 💪 Tas shared: "Working with e.l.f. has been a dream come true. I am so e.l.f.ing excited to be part of the family, and they want to tell my story in an authentic way, sharing the ups and downs. They love me for me, and they let me be me, which makes this such a great partnership." With her return to the pool coming up this summer, our partnership will showcase Tas preparing to defend her world records – and our community will go along for the ride. We'll also get to meet her beloved guide dog Radar, who is always by her side! 🐕 Tas is a beacon of inspiration, and we can’t wait to cheer her on! ✨

    We've raced past 11 million visits in e.l.f. UP! on Roblox! ❤️ We brought the thrill of the Indy 500 to our community beyond the track with an eyes.lips.first. Indy-500 racing game on e.l.f. UP! And the results? e.l.f.ing amazing! Over race weekend alone, we had 380K visits! We also rewarded our community with loads of awesome UGC over the weekend: 🏁 Special Boba Tea UGC for the first 12,000 e.l.f. Beauty Squad members who connected their membership to e.l.f. UP! in Roblox. 🏁 Indy 500-inspired race helmet UGC for everyone who completed the race. 🏁 Indy 500-inspired race car reward for every player who portaled through to e.l.f. UP! from Drive World. Thank you to our community who continue to enjoy e.l.f. UP!     Today marks the 108th racing of the Indy 500, and we couldn’t be more e.l.f.ing excited for Katherine Legge! 🏎️❤️ Katherine is putting a whole new meaning to e.l.f. speed - 230+ MPH in fact!     Thank you Christine Lagorio-Chafkin with Inc. Magazine for speaking with Tarang Amin around our Change the Board Game initiative and So Many Dicks marketing – and for giving us the space to champion inclusivity in boardrooms and diversity of thought to power business.    As Tarang said: "One of the points I wanted to make was that there's immense talent out there in terms of women and people of color.     ✨When you light up the Financial District in NYC to Change the Board Game!✨   Have you seen our takeover of some of the most prominent digital billboards around Wall Street, including The Oculus and Fulton Street Station, among others. It’s all part of our mission to Change the Board Game.   There are so many Dicks, yet so few of everyone else. it’s not about excluding anyone, it’s about including everyone!    How do you drive change? You get the conversation going – we prefer to do it in true e.l.f fashion and raise a few eyebrows along the way.    We believe that diversity leads to success. By bringing more voices to the highest seats of power and normalizing inclusivity, we all thrive.   At e.l.f., positivity, inclusivity and accessibility are in our DNA. And we're extending an invitation to the business world, let's amplify diversity in the boardroom to better reflect the communities we serve.   This is more than just a message—it's a call to action and a commitment to creating the change we want to see in the world for future generations to come. ❤️

    So many Dicks and so few of everyone else. Today, we are excited to unveil another chapter of our Change the Board Game movement, “So Many Dicks.” A spotlight on the lack of diversity in corporate boardrooms across the U.S. Our campaign is more than just a statement – it's a call to action for real change. We combed through each board of directors of U.S. based companies on the NYSE and NASDAQ, all 36,957 existing board members across 4,429 publicly traded U.S. companies. The data is astounding: 🔍 There were 566 men named Richard, Rick, or Dick (Dicks) serving on these public company boards. 🔍 Black women and Asian women barely outnumber men named Dick, with only 806 Black Women, 774 Asian Women. 🔍 There were only 283 Hispanic Women on these same boards, only half the number of “Dicks”. 🔍 There are 19x more men named Dick than the 29 women of Middle Eastern descent on these boards 🔍 There are only 3 Native American Women serving on these boards compared to 566 men named Dick. At e.l.f. Beauty, inclusivity is a superpower. With our board leading the charge with 2/3 women and 1/3 diverse members, we're setting a new standard for corporate leadership.
