In celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, Cadent welcomed Certified Executive Coach and former CEO of Womankind, Niketa Sheth for a fireside chat with our Chief of Data, Sowgandhika Dusa. The two discussed how we can continue to support and lift up the voices of Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. During the discussion, Niketa talked about her role on a committee for Brown for Black Giving Circle, to allow others in their network to reflect on the myths and the biases they experienced, and how to use empathy and compassion for discovering their "a-ha moment."
