During the month of May, which was Mental Health Awareness Month, we hosted Days of Understanding sessions focusing on mental health, meditation, happiness, mindfulness and more. We partnered with Wellable to host these fun and informative sessions! We’re still feeling good about our Meditation Corner as well! Employees could take a brain break with a meditation card, a yoga or stretching session or get some delicious and healthy snacks.

Today, Brighton was made aware that Internet scammers have been impersonating Brighton staff and soliciting job applicants via email and text for employment. If you have received a communication, solicitation for employment or job offer appearing to be from Brighton, please do not reply or provide any personal information in response. Please inform Brighton of any such communications by emailing [email protected].

A new Brighton and HR Dive survey of 150 benefits executives has found that roughly three in four employers are already engaged in some form of direct contracting—and another 41% are likely to consider direct contracting by 2025.
