Today is a celebration of Juneteenth. I am so fortunate to be the owner and CEO of a company that not only celebrates diversity, we live it. Throughout this period, candidates and their dedicated team members work tirelessly to raise funds in honor of local blood cancer survivors, our Honored Heroes. This incredible effort supports those battling blood cancer but also helps fund vital research and patient services. 📢 Job Opportunity: Lead Specialist - Behavioral Health (Tucson, Arizona) Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. If you have a passion for child development and trauma-centered care and meet the qualifications below, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will possess a master’s or doctoral degree in behavioral health and hold a full, current, and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or Doctor level prepared psychologist (LP) in Arizona. You should have 5+ years of post-licensure experience in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, and performing clinical evaluations with children and their families. Experience in an immigration setting is strongly preferred. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is essential, with a minimum score of 3/5 on the ILR scale or equivalent. Additionally, 2+ years of management experience leading and supervising staff and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment within a developing new program are required. As a Lead Specialist, you will provide child well-being-related advisement and decision support to USBP Leadership, perform managerial and supervisory responsibilities for CWB Specialists, and rotate through locations in the Sector, including CPCs and Stations, with a home base primarily in Sector HQ. You will serve as the main point of contact and manager for CWB Specialists for all program matters, coordinate staffing allocation, special cases, and surge support deployment, and engage with CBP and other stakeholders to coordinate care and expedite placement for complex cases. You will also lead program relationship management and ensure the implementation of child-friendly resources.
