Someone told me starting a company is an act of confidence. I disagree - being a founder is being willing to be mortified. You put yourself out there, you share a dream, you’re exposed, and you build something while people in the cheap seats say it probably won’t work 🙃 Founders are a special tribe and I was so energized last week, connecting with fellow brave, mortified, and smiling founders - they’re building gas stations in space, healthy sugar, AI for food design, deep fake prevention, produce that reduces food waste, uterus stents, and more.  My personal highlight was #DaveRubenstein sharing his unfiltered perspectives for 75 minutes - he was humble, hilarious and incisive. The #US and #India are set to become the two largest economies, leading the world in innovation. This isn’t a dream, it’s math. I joined the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum last week, connecting with change makers who are shaping the course of this partnership with grounded optimism and unparalleled competence. BigSpring was designed in India and built in the US. Our first customer was Uber in India, and our first engineer was in the US. I joked that I got offshoring all wrong, but I knew it would all even out. Today, BigSpring epitomizes the the power of a US-India partnership. Our Head of Engineering, Rajesh Ghosh has launched the first-ever sales coaching co-pilot localized for India. Our Head of Customer Growth and polygot Yin L. Yin supports customers from #Tata to #Google with measurable impact (and sometimes a #Bollywood tune). BigSpring’s mission is to equip everyone to be work ready in a rapidly changing world. Our collective US-India approach has enabled us to harness innovation to do well and do good. India is set to provide 1 out of 4 global workers, and the US to lead the way in AI. This is alchemy to #changetheworld. There’s nothing more fulfilling than having the world as your oyster, yet finding the greatest growth right where you were born. And then witnessing your first and second homeland build a strong bond rooted in shared values - #entrepreneurship, #diversity, #democracy. 2 phase shifts are happening with AI and GTM which are changing the way people work and the skills they need. Today advances in technology are changing the demand for skills at an accelerated pace.
