    Subscribe Pro helps ecommerce brands control their customer subscription experience. They were born out of a small e-commerce agency after its passionate founder realized that many brands were struggling to deliver the subscription and re-order experiences their customers deserved. We designed a brand strategy and messaging framework to help Subscribe Pro better connect with the brands that need them. All artifacts were informed by detailed user journeys that illustrated the real life actions and emotions that key stakeholders experienced throughout the digital ecosystem.     The legalization of marijuana across the United States created a unique marketing opportunity for 4/20 this past April. As more states legalized recreational cannabis, national brands dipped their toes into the waters of 4/20 promotions. This presented an interesting challenge: how to leverage the cultural significance of the recent holiday without alienating core demographics. We saw examples like McDonald's push notifications urging users to "End 4/20 on a high note," Jimmy John's "Dime Bag" meal deal, and Popeye's offering a $4.20 chicken sandwich on their "Munchies Menu." You are the brains behind every project. You translate client business goals into omnichannel plans across channels like social, paid, programmatic, email, automation, inbound sequencing, and OOH. You have a strong background in building and overseeing integrated campaigns including managing media plans, developing creative and content across channels, optimizing performance, and analyzing metrics to drive results. Teams rely on you to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand strategy and digital marketing to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective. You are ready to apply your skills to a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to shaping our agency's future. Core Responsibilities  • Develop and pitch integrated digital and grassroots marketing strategies to clients across multiple verticals • Develop creative briefs with goals, audience targets, metrics, and tactics • Identify and pitch new opportunities to clients toward their goals  • Create deliverables including brand guidelines, emails, and ads • Plan and build out automations/workflows and supporting assets • Build monthly reports outlining key performance metrics, with actionable insights and track progress towards marketing goals • Ensure all team deliverables align with client goals and creative brief Candidate Attributes • Results-Driven. You know that a project is more than a list of activities—it’s constantly questioning if what we’re doing is working, never settling for mediocrity.  • Strategic Thinker. Beyond the typical “organized, attention to detail” requirements, you should get to know our clients in such a way that you can easily assess and anticipate their needs and think creatively to provide them with excellent service. • Digitally Fluent. Success in this role relies on a solid foundation in digital and OOH marketing as well as a proficiency in standard operational tools (e.g. Slack, Monday, Google Drive, Figma, Canva) with an ability to learn new tools quickly.  • Task Originator. You are always looking for ways to make your work better than the last, and act with urgency. You ask the hard questions to understand what needs to be achieved and actively seek out resources to deliver with excellence. Compensation & Benefits • $65,000 - $80,000 salary • Health insurance reimbursed up to $400/mo • Unlimited PTO • Paid holidays • IRA plan with 3% matching • Fully remote, 4 day workweek • Company-issued laptop Backroom is a fully remote company and requires a high degree of flexibility, independence, collaboration, and accountability.
