You translate client business goals into omnichannel plans across channels like social, paid, programmatic, email, automation, inbound sequencing, and OOH. You have a strong background in building and overseeing integrated campaigns including managing media plans, developing creative and content across channels, optimizing performance, and analyzing metrics to drive results. Teams rely on you to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand strategy and digital marketing to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective. Core Responsibilities • Develop and pitch integrated digital and grassroots marketing strategies to clients across multiple verticals • Develop creative briefs with goals, audience targets, metrics, and tactics • Identify and pitch new opportunities to clients toward their goals • Create deliverables including brand guidelines, emails, and ads • Plan and build out automations/workflows and supporting assets • Build monthly reports outlining key performance metrics, with actionable insights and track progress towards marketing goals • Ensure all team deliverables align with client goals and creative brief Candidate Attributes • Results-Driven. You are always looking for ways to make your work better than the last, and act with urgency. You ask the hard questions to understand what needs to be achieved and actively seek out resources to deliver with excellence.
