This should be a dedicated time each week, ideally twice a week: once at the beginning of the week on Monday (or your first start day) first thing to review the upcoming week, and once on Friday (or your last day) before you are done for the week to review any outstanding needs for the week. Both of these times should be blocked in your calendar and free from phone calls and emails so that you can review your list of projects uninterrupted. Making this a regular habit will prevent client issues.
